蛤蠣用簡單的白酒、橄欖油、蒜頭清蒸,每顆都吃得到飽滿鮮甜,盤底豐富的湯汁吮指。章魚燉飯的長米飯吸附了滿滿的蕃茄高湯,那是茄紅素柔軟了章魚尖銳鮮味後的溫暖料理,一口口下肚後的暖胃又暖心!當天請餐廳幫我選了一隻易飲的白酒,是果香花香融合的小清新,搭配我選定的靠窗座位,正好!我看著窗外落下的雨滴,欣賞雨水為這城市帶來的節奏和韻律,一朵朵傘花此起彼落詩意的裝飾著街道,快趁這夏末初秋造訪這幸福單純小天地!

I woke up late this Sunday feeling like having something savory as soon as I opened my eyes. I just picked up the phone and made a reservation at Tuga right away.
We started with clams steamed in white wine, olive oil and garlic. Every bite was juicy and delectable. We also had the octopus stewed rice, which was done with a tomato broth, which softened the sharp flavor from the octopus. It is a simple, nice and warm dish. The white wine they chose for us is fruity, fresh and fragrant. We asked for a seat by the window and appreciated the vitality and rhythm brought by the sudden rain.
